Up to 60 firefighters are tackling a blaze which has forced the closure of the A14 in Cambridgeshire.

Crews were called early in the morning to Huntingdon Recycling Centre, in Ellington, where 1,000 tonnes of waste is on fire.

The A14 westbound is closed between junction 21 and junction 13.

Crews from Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire are also at the scene along with the Environment Agency and Highways Agency.
