Well I started at Keystone last week. I have been on local work this week because they have no line truck available for me. I shall be working on this next week as I would like to get a run in before Christmas and some more done in between then and the New Year.
I have been driving a pretty old truck, a Ford Aeromax, '96 vintage, and she is, to put it mildly, tired. But it has got the job done so

Day one. Are we there yet ?
The holiday started at 04:30 on Monday morning. It had been a restless night, probably caused by the desire not to sleep through. The routine had been mapped out the day before and for once everything went to plan, which meant that at 05:00 we were in the car heading for East Midlands Airport. By 06:30 I had dropped Dragon and Dragonette, and the luggage off, parked

I know that I am... still here, that is. I got home last night after a 2 week runaround, although I did sneak home for a night in between.
I went down to Lawrenceburg, TN, with a load of steel. For some reason, US Customs decided they couldn`t let me go to begin with, but they wouldn`t say why. Don`t you just hate that? I was meant to meet a man at 18:30 in Grand Forks, ND, to get a new cellphone

OK, so I know I haven't added to the blog of late, and I may have appeared to be absent, but it has been a rather odd few weeks and I am feeling a little weird.
Firstly, I have been running my little buns off and trying to get level. I just did a remortgage so I could dispense with a bankloan and am giving serious thought to buying a truck again. I took some pretty interesting loads but have not

So The Dog will try this blog thing again. I thought I had already done some of this but I can't find it now.
Anyway. You all know that I recently changed company over here. I am now on with Screaming.... sorry, Flying Eagle out of Niverville, MB.
I finally had enough of the nonsense at BFS. Now you mustn't misunderstand me here, I have great respect for the founder of BFS, and I made some

......... at Shitehole Distribution.
I have to admit that I thoroughly enjoyed the job at Shepherds. It was just a shame that the transport manager was a dickhead and the MD was a complete twat.
The way the job worked there was that the motors were loaded overnight by 'Muscles' and his crew. By and large they did a pretty good job under difficult circumstances. The loads were made up of anything

Shepherd Distribution.
And so in the summer of 2000 my driving career began in earnest. I suppose it would be fair to say that I was a late starter being as I was 40 years old by this time. You see it really is never too late to start something.
My first motor with Shepherds was an old Iveco 7.5 tonner that was dog rough inside, when I did night out I had to pin the bloody curtains up !, but it
