DSV Road Holding has acquired Roadferry Holdings, including its subsidiaries Roadferry Transport and Roadferry Transport (Ireland), for an undisclosed sum.

Roadferry operates a palletised distribution operation under the Palletline network brand.

Roadferry’s annual turnover is around £48m (US$95m) with an operating profit of £800k ($1.6m).

DSV said it intends to integrate the companies in its road division.

DSV Road Holding is a part of the DSV group.
